Strategic Assessment

We help clients to identify where strategic opportunities exist for them and assess which are practically achievable. We also help identify the barriers associated with pursuing opportunities and the possible responses of competitors.

Operating Model

We work with senior management to articulate strategic responses to strengthen an organisation's market position, and then identify the process, technology and competency changes required to achieve those responses. We ensure alignment between business and technology blueprints and re-examine the business configuration with a view to improving service and growing value.

Release Planning and Sequencing

We work with businesses to determine priorities, identify the capabilities required to support the required changes and where there are gaps in those capabilities, as well as dependencies and linkages between actions. We then translate these priorities into action plans to implement the required changes.

Detailed Design

We identify the impact the changes will have on interactions with customers, people, technology and other infrastructure and then help clients to manage these issues to successfully implement change.

Benefits Realisation

We define the expected outcomes and their timing, identify and help to embed performance measures to deliver the outcomes and put in place clear milestones and stage gates to deliver the detailed design. We also develop clear stakeholder, risk and communications plans.
