Through the quality of their work, they are instrumental in establishing, building and maintaining client relationships. Our Managers identify improvement opportunities - and see them through to implementation.

Managers actively develop and train our staff and play a role in the recruitment process. Typically managers have 12-15 years of experience and have worked in a professional services environment; many have grown with Third Horizon.
