Passionate about improving how governments deliver services to citizens relying on them, Ed has helped departments and agencies enhance customer services and maintain sustainable cost bases. He has successfully worked with many clients including Justice, Transport and Treasury in NSW Government, and Human Services and Veterans’ Affairs in Federal Government.

Ed has over ten years consulting experience in the UK and Australia, prior to which he worked in Local and Central Government in the UK.

He is a thought leader in a number of areas of operational performance improvement, including agile operating model design, commissioning in the public sector, and innovation in service delivery models.

Ed has a BA honours degree in English from Oxford University.
