He has a unique ability to bring together cross-industry innovation given the breadth and depth of his experience in Engineering & Industrial Products, Telecommunications, Water, Chemicals & Petroleum, Pharmaceutical, Consumer Electronics, Distribution and Rail organisations.
Greg has a pragmatic and no-non-sense leadership style, he leads from the front with a hands-on, practical approach to problem solving. He also has a natural affinity for cultural diversity and cultural awareness having managed teams of 10+ nationalities and delivered consulting engagements in Algeria, Australia, China, France, Hong Kong, Mexico, Nigeria, UK and USA.
His areas of speciality are technology strategy and advisory services, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, large scale project management, asset management transformation and organisational change management.
Recent clients include the NSW Stronger Communities Cluster, NSW Family & Community Services, Barwon Water. Prior to joining Third Horizon Greg worked with clients including APA Group, Veolia, Lafarge, John Holland, Leighton Contractors, Woolworths, Dampier to Bunbury Pipeline, MTR Hong Kong, BP Chemicals, Johnson & Johnson, Bose, SORFERT Algeria, ASAT semiconductors and Oregon Scientific.
Greg has a Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Engineering from the National Institute of Applied Sciences, France. He is also a member of the PMI Institute as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP©).
