Erin has consulting experience within the government and utilities sector, with projects primarily focused on identifying cost efficiency opportunities and organisational redesign.
In recent projects, Erin has:
- Identified significant cost saving initiatives for one of Australia’s major water utilities.
- Assisted with the redesign of two government agencies in a major Victorian Government department.
- Supported the redesign of a major Victorian Government department’s Corporate Services division and the creation of a new shared-service operating model.
- Engaged and undertook research for a Victorian Council to identify substantial cost saving opportunities.
Erin holds a Double Degree – Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Commerce (Deakin University and The University of South Florida).
